Shannon's Story: After graduating from Le Moyne College with degrees in both Biology and Business, I wasn’t entirely sure where my path would lead. Not long after, I relocated to South Carolina and took a hands-on job in inspecting and selling roofs. Something completely different from what I had studied. But to my surprise, I fell in love with the work. There was something advantageous about being up high, taking in the view, and seeing the tangible results of each project. Roofing gave me a sense of accomplishment, and I enjoyed the physical, straightforward nature of the job.

However, one major challenge stood in the way: the leads I was getting were of poor quality. Jobs were inconsistent, and I knew there had to be a better way to grow a business. That’s when I took a deep dive into learning about digital marketing and lead generation. I spent countless hours researching, testing, and applying what I learned to my own situation. Before long, I was generating my own high-quality leads and bringing in consistent business. All without relying on anyone else. That experience opened my eyes to just how powerful the right marketing approach can be.

From that point on, I made it my mission to help other small business owners overcome the same struggles I faced. Before I got into the digital marketing world, I spent years managing kitchens and working in fast-paced restaurant environments after earning my Business degree from MCC. I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a love for hands-on work, which eventually led me to start my own car detailing business. There was something incredibly satisfying about transforming a vehicle inside and out. It was like giving it a fresh start. I loved the work, but quickly realized that relying on word-of-mouth alone wasn’t enough to keep my schedule full.

So, I took matters into my own hands. I started diving into everything I could learn about online marketing—especially Google Ads and Meta Ads. After many late nights, trial and error, and learning from real-world experience, I cracked the code. I began getting high-quality leads regularly, and my detailing business took off. It was empowering to know I could control my own growth, and that realization lit a spark in me.

When I moved to South Carolina, I quickly realized that detailing cars under the hot summer sun wasn’t exactly the dream anymore. That’s when I decided to take everything I’d learned and start helping other small business owners do the same.
